Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of the ATHRA Sourcing platform (the "Service"), operated by OKRALIS SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 51286544, Nr. Reg. Com. J2025010018003). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What we are
ATHRA Sourcing is a buying agent. We purchase third-party products listed on external Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and similar) at your request, consolidate them at our warehouse, and ship them internationally to you. We are not the manufacturer or the seller of these products.
2. Third-party goods — disclaimer
All products available for the shopping-agent service displayed on ATHRA are from third-party shopping platforms and not directly sold by ATHRA. Thus, ATHRA does not take liability and legal responsibility for issues caused by intellectual-property rights infringement or goods-copyright infringement.
3. Your account
- • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
- • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secret.
- • One person — one account. Referral bonuses earned through duplicate accounts may be revoked.
- • Sessions expire automatically after three hours of inactivity.
4. Wallet and payments
Orders are paid from your ATHRA wallet balance. The wallet is a pre-paid store credit denominated in EUR, funded via Apple Pay or card (Visa/Mastercard). Top-up amounts are validated server-side before reaching the payment processor. The wallet does not bear interest and is not a regulated payment account.
5. Buy fee and shipping
Our buy fee is 5% of the merchandise subtotal, shown transparently at checkout. International shipping is quoted once items reach our warehouse and is charged separately from the wallet. The courier, transit time, and final price depend on the weight, volume and destination of the consolidated parcel.
6. Prohibited items
You may not use the Service to source: counterfeit currency, narcotics, weapons, live animals, hazardous chemicals, or any goods illegal in the country of origin or destination. Orders that contain such items will be cancelled and the wallet refunded, minus any costs already incurred.
7. Cancellation
Because we purchase products on your behalf from third-party sellers, an order can only be cancelled before we place the purchase with the source seller. Once purchased, cancellation depends on the seller's own policy.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit, data loss, or delay caused by customs, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
